AppsByHussnain ("we," "us," or "our") provides the mobile game Royal Rush (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Game.

1. Information We Collect

The current version of Royal Rush does not collect, transmit, or store personal information on our servers. The Game:

• Does not require an account or sign-in.
• Does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses.
• Does not collect precise or approximate location data.
• Does not access contacts, photos, files, the camera, or the microphone.
• Does not use advertising SDKs or serve personalized advertisements.
• Does not use analytics, tracking, or cloud-diagnostics services.
• Does not process real-money purchases within the Game.
• Does not sell or share personal information.

Touch and swipe input is used only to control gameplay and is not recorded or transmitted by us.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Royal Rush saves a small amount of non-personal game data locally on your device so that your progress and preferences remain available between sessions. This may include:

• Total collected coins.
• Purchased power-up levels.
• Sound-volume preference.
• Gameplay difficulty preference.

This information is stored using Unity's local PlayerPrefs system. We do not receive or have access to this locally stored data.

Your device operating system or app-store provider may include local app data in a device backup, depending on your device and account settings. Any such backup is controlled by that provider and is subject to its privacy policy.

3. How Information Is Used

Locally stored game data is used only to:

• Preserve your coin balance and power-up progress.
• Restore your selected sound and gameplay settings.
• Provide the expected gameplay experience.

The data is not used for advertising, profiling, cross-app tracking, or identifying individual players.

We do not transmit or share your locally stored gameplay data with third parties.

Royal Rush is developed using the Unity game engine. Unity Analytics, Unity Ads, cloud diagnostics, and Unity Purchasing are disabled in the current version of the Game. If any online service or third-party SDK is added in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the applicable app-store data disclosures will be updated before that version is released.

The platform through which you download the Game, such as Google Play, may independently process information related to downloads, device compatibility, security, payments, or store usage. That processing is controlled by the platform provider and is governed by its own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the Game's storage, reset the relevant game progress, or uninstall the Game. Because we do not maintain player accounts or store this data on our servers, we cannot remotely view, recover, or delete it.

To delete Royal Rush data on Android, you can clear the Game's storage in your device settings or uninstall the Game. Device or cloud backups may need to be deleted separately through your platform-account settings.

6. Data Security

Royal Rush is designed to minimize privacy risk by keeping game progress and preferences on the user's device and not transmitting them to us. However, no device or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and platform account.

7. Children's Privacy

Royal Rush does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users. The Game does not provide accounts, chat, social features, or targeted advertising. If you believe that a future version of the Game has collected a child's personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

8. International Users

Because the current version does not transmit personal information to us, we do not transfer player personal information between countries. App stores and device-platform providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, applicable requirements, or our data practices change. The updated policy will display a new "Last updated" date. If a future change introduces collection or use of personal information, we will provide any notice or consent required before that processing begins.
